Shambhala Familiensonntag

A relaxing morning for young and old ( bis 8 Years) with shared moments of mindfulness and silence.

In between, the children can play, craft and move, while the parents rest for meditation, Reflection and exchange on a topic of parenthood.

Family Sunday (In the Shambhala tradition) is an opportunity, to rediscover the magic of everyday lifeand to do yourself and the family good.

9:00-9:30: Arrive

9:30-9:45: Common part in the large room

9:45-10:30:

• Children's program in the kitchen and small space
• Parent program in large space

10:30-11:00:  Break with a snack

11:00-11:55:

• Children's program in the kitchen and small space
• Parent program in the large area

11:55-12:00 Together together in the large room

If you like, you can still stay a bite, eat the buffet, sich unterhalten oder beim Aufräumen helfen.
